My name is Chris. I am both author of this webpage and composer of the music you will hear on it. I hope you enjoy both.

A little passage about me. I live in Gainesville, FL -- a nice small town with big city attributes, thanks to the University of Florida being located here. I came here 7 years ago as a student, but have not yet completed my degree. That is a story I won't get into, but hopefully (with a little luck and a lot of work) I will reach its happy ending. Currently, I am employed with Shands Healthcare in the Department of Pediatrics. It has been quite the experience so far.

My interests include (if you haven't guessed by now): Music, whether I am listening to it, playing it, or composing it. As a musician, I feel I am mediocre at best. As a composer, I'm slightly better than that. As a listener, I'm a freaking prodigy!!! Anyway, my other interests include movies, surfing (though it has been awhile since I've tried that), and just recently, web design.

But the bulk of my free time is spent making the music that is featured on this web page. Hopefully, you will enjoy listening to my work. Please let me know what you think about any of my music: carlson@beethoven.com
